Introduction to my page!

Hello!
My website is still under construction, but since I've started to pass out the URL, I figured I better come in here and remove the stuff that was standard when I started my website.
For a quick introduction to me, hello - I'm Andrea! I've been writing for years, although not stuff that I've put out into the world. I've published a couple of short stories, and have been working on a bigger project for years. At one point I actually didn't realize that my stories would count as science fiction, because I just imagined them as including technology that we didn't yet have access to. In my head it all feels very real.
I love to read things that make me think. I want to be caught up in thought. I want to have passages of a story feel relevant at other times in life. Some of my favorite books are ones that I will still remember something particularly thought-provoking from, and will have to pull out the copy of it a decade later when I'm telling someone about it. I want to write the kind of stories that make people think. I want them to be pulled out and analyzed. I want someone to daydream about the technology. These are things that bring me great joy, and I want them to bring joy to others too!
